The South Florida Business Journal is hosting a breakfast at Florida International University on June 24th at 9:00 am for the “40 Under 40” awards honorees. The event awards program is on August 5th in the Treetops ballroom at Jungle Island where there will be a luncheon and a presentation.
The South Florida Business Journal “40 under 40” awards is an event that recognizes young professionals under the age of 40 in different industries. These nominees must have made significant strides in their professional careers, while also demonstrating leadership within their community.

Joseph Chase is a business and corporate attorney who focuses on helping clients navigate private company mergers and acquisitions and other complex business transactions.
Joe has represented private companies, private equity firms and venture capital firms in connection with mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, recapitalizations, debt and equity restructurings, executive compensation and incentive equity matters, as well as general corporate matters. Prior to joining Gunster in 2010, Joe was an associate with Kirkland & Ellis LLP in Chicago, Illinois. Joe is a native of Deerfield Beach, Florida.
