Gunster paralegals Melanie B. Stocks and Susan Gore recently received news that they passed the Certified Paralegal (CP) exam. Both work out of Gunster‘s West Palm Beach office.

The CP designation is awarded by the National Association of Legal Assistants, a nonprofit that provides continuing education and professional development programs to paralegals throughout the U.S. According to NALA’s website:

For over 30 years, the Certified Paralegal credential has been the career standard for paralegals.

Passing the CP exam signifies a high level of professional achievement, strong commitment to the profession and is recognized by the American Bar Association.

Stocks joined Gunster in 2012 and supports the firm’s corporate law team, specifically in the areas of business entities, commercial transactions, and hospitality and business licensing.

Gore works in the area of trust and estate adminstration, and is also a Florida Registered Paralegal. She rejoined the firm in 2014.
