Luna Phillips, a Board Certified attorney with Gunster, along with firm colleagues Robert Malinoski and James Crowley, authored documents that will be used by attorneys preparing for the State and Federal Government and Administrative Practice (SFGAP) Certification Course.

The SFGAP Certification is specifically targeted for the administrative and government practitioner asserting that they have met a high level of competency regarding agency practice, agency rulemaking, administrative appeals, government contracting, bid protests, government litigation, open records, the Sunshine Law and government ethics.

“These articles will provide important information to the attorneys studying to earn their SFGAP certification, and give them critical insight into numerous issues that are relevant today,” said Phillips. Among the articles are “The Federal Government’s open government laws, including, FOIA, FACA and Government in the Sunshine State” and “Rulemaking and the Federal Administrative Procedures Act.”
