–“Business Litigation in Florida, 6th Edition” is published by the Florida Bar Continuing Education–

(West Palm Beach, FL) May 4, 2010—Five attorneys from Gunster have contributed two chapters in the Florida Bar’s “Business Litigation in Florida, 6th Edition,” a 22-chapter manual that covers a full range of business litigation topics such as initial considerations of jurisdiction and venue, pretrial and trial issues, and recovery of attorney’s fees.

Fort Lauderdale-based attorneys  Curtis Alva, Fabienne Fahnestock and Anne C. O’Connor co-authored the chapter “Pretrial Preparation and Trial Procedures; Direct Examination, Cross-Examination, Redirect, and Rebuttal.” Michael W. Marcil, also based in Gunster’s Fort Lauderdale office, and Michael Cavendish, from Gunster’s Jacksonville office co-authored “Punitive And Lost Profit Damages in Commercial Tort Cases.”
