Gunster, one of Florida’s oldest and largest full-service business law firms, announces Brian McPherson has been promoted from associate to shareholder. McPherson is a member of the firm’s labor and employment practice and focuses on labor and employment litigation and counseling and complex commercial litigation.
“Brian McPherson has distinguished himself through his legal accomplishments, community involvement and, most of all, through his collegiality and teamwork,” said H. William “Bill” Perry, the managing shareholder of Gunster. “It was clear to the Board of Directors that Gunster would be a better law firm with him as a shareholder.”

McPherson earned his B.A. , cum laude, from Samford University, his M.S. with honors from the University of Florida and his J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Florida Levin College of Law.
