WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. (October 24, 2012) – Gunster, Florida’s law firm for business, is pleased to welcome five new associates who will be working at Gunster offices across the state and in a variety of practice areas:

        Deborah K. Tyson joins the Fort Lauderdale office as an associate in the environmental and land use practice.Debbie earned her J.D. and B.S. from the University of Florida. She was also managing editor of Florida Law Review and received book awards in legal research and writing, professional responsibility and contracts.
        Stephanie M. Quiñones joined the Fort Lauderdale office as an associate in the banking and financial services practice.Stephanie earned her J.D. from Florida State University and her B.A. from Nova Southeastern University.
        Davis D. Balz joined the Jacksonville office as an associate in the business litigation practice.Davis earned his J.D. from the University of Florida and his B.B.A. from The College of William & Mary. He has received book awards in family law, land finance and trial practice.
        Lindsay L. Powell joined the Jacksonville office as an associate in the business litigation practice.Lindsay earned her J.D., B.S. and B.A. from the University of Florida. She has received book awards for conflicts of laws, trial practice, legal drafting, interviewing, and counseling and negotiation.
        Amy S. Levenberg joined the West Palm Beach office as an associate in the business litigation practice.Amy earned her J.D. from the University of Florida and her B.A. from Duke University. She received honors in appellate advocacy and legal research and writing, including the Accomplished Research Award from Florida Law Review.

The new associates are returning to the firm after completing the firm’s 2011 summer associate program.
