WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. (May 23, 2006) – Brian Seymour, a shareholder and litigation attorney with Gunster, Yoakley & Stewart, P.A. in West Palm Beach, was presented with the Jewish Federation of Palm Beach County’s Young Leadership Award in recognition of his dedication to Jewish philanthropy and his commitment to the Young Leadership Division, where he has served as chair for the past two years.

Seymour concentrates his practice in eminent domain, land use, commercial and property rights litigation, as well as environmental resource permitting.  For the past two years, he served as the Young Leadership Division chair for the Jewish Federation of Palm Beach County, previously serving as its vice president of Leadership Development.  He has also served as an advisory board member of the Law and Leadership Academy at Palm Beach Lakes Community High School. Seymour is an article editor for Media & Entertainment Law Journal and a member of the Fordham Moot Court Board. He is also a frequent lecturer on property rights issues, and has contributed articles on the topic to several publications.
