Gunster is pleased to announce that Thomas A. Hickey has joined its West Palm Beach office as a shareholder. Mr. Hickey will concentrate his areas of practice in Complex Commercial Litigation, Executive Compensation and Benefits and Labor & Employment.
Mr. Hickey, who has been practicing law since 1976, has extensive trial and appellate experience at all levels of Federal and State courts, including general commercial, construction, labor and employment, contracts, trademarks, licensing, real estate, corporate, and adminstrative law. He also represents companies in their labor and employment affairs, as well as representing numerous CEOs, Presidents and senior management in contract negotiations pertaining to executive compensation and benefits. He has represented a diverse clientele of publicly and privately held companies including retail companies, securities firms, construction, development and engineering companies, insurance companies, publishing companies, colleges and universities, executive recruitment firms and domestic and foreign banks. He has achieved the highest peer review rating (AV) by Martindale-Hubbell in recognition of his professional execellence and highest level of skill and integrity. Mr. Hickey serves on the Advisory Board of Independent Group Home Living, a charitable organization devoted to the needs of the developmentally disabled.
