Megan Moon is a versatile defense litigator, advising clients involved in a wide range of business disputes in both state and federal courts and domestic and international arbitrations. Her practice centers on complex commercial litigation, including contract disputes, class action defense, employment disputes and torts defense, as well as governmental affairs and telecommunications litigation, at both the trial and appellate court levels. She is also skilled in assisting clients with electronic discovery, document review management and data organization and collection.

Consistently recognized as a Best Lawyers in America by Best Lawyer’s Report and one of “Florida’s Super Lawyer’s: Rising Stars,” Megan prides herself on being a high-energy, full-range problem solver who helps clients with their most complex and challenging legal problems. To her, that means more than courtroom advocacy and legal drafting; it means maintaining a high level of communication and strong relationship with her clients, taking a true interest in her client’s business and goals, and seeking a resolution that respects and honors those interests. Megan is dedicated to bringing both focus and excitement to her work and to making a difference in her clients’ cases as manifest in her reputation in the legal community.

Beyond her legal practice, Megan is committed to her family and to the Jacksonville community. Megan has served on the board of governors for the Young Lawyers Section of the Jacksonville Bar Association since 2016, working with countless local charities to raise funds for local and state initiatives; as membership chair for the Jacksonville Bar Association; on the advisory board for the Winston YMCA; and previously on the board of the Association of Certified E-Discovery Specialists (ACEDS) in Jacksonville. A two-time Best Lawyers in America, Florida Trend 2019 “Up & Comer” and four-time Florida Super Lawyers “Rising Star,” Megan has also graduated from the JAXMVPs, a leadership class hosted by the Jacksonville Jaguars Foundation and Leadership Jacksonville’s Class of 2019.
