David M. Wells was named Jacksonville Banking & Finance Litigation Lawyer of the Year for 2013 by The Best Lawyers in America®. Only a single lawyer in each practice area in each community is honored as Lawyer of the Year.
Every year since 1995, Mr. Wells has been selected by his peers for inclusion in Best Lawyers. Practice areas he is recognized for are: banking & finance litigation, bet-the-company litigation as well as commercial, construction, real estate and securities litigation.
Mr. Wells is a Gunster shareholder and serves on the firm’s Board of Directors. He joined the firm in 2008.
