Environmental Protection Agency,over whether a landowner can contest an agency’s jurisdiction prior to complying with or violating the order. Audience participation encouraged. |

Federal Wetland Jurisdiction: This course will cover EPA and Army Corps of Engineers guidance over wetlands and other “isolated waters.” Cases reviewed will include Raponos (“significant nexus” test) and Precon (agency guidance documents). |
