Gunster, Yoakley & Stewart, P.A. is seeking an experienced Real Estate Legal Administrative Assistant in its Fort Lauderdale office. The ideal candidate will have advanced skills in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint, excellent verbal and written communication skills, possess a high level of organization and attention to detail. Duties will include heavy document production relating to large commercial real estate transactions, filing, calendaring and handling travel arrangements. General knowledge and experience with environmental law preferred.
