How much does the Virtual Minute Book and online access cost?
Online access is complimentary to active clients of the firm. Inactive clients (i.e., those not doing business with the Firm for at least one year) will be offered online access on a subscription basis.
How do I obtain my Virtual Minute Book?
Gunster corporate clients are assigned an individual portal though which online access to corporate records is granted.
How do I know if I have a Virtual Minute Book?
When your documents are ready you will receive an email advising you to register for access.
I am currently a Gunster corporate client but I have not received an email about my online access. What happened?
There are several reasons why you may not have received your notification. It may be as simple as an incorrect email address or the documents might not be ready. Please contact us at [email protected] and we will check into it and let you know.
I have logged into my client portal but not all of my entities are listed?
The portal will list all of your active entities with Gunster. If an entity has been recently formed we may not have added it yet. If the entity has been dissolved it was removed from the list. Please contact us at [email protected] and we will check into it and let you know.
I have originals I did not return after I signed them and I would like them added to my Virtual Minute Book. What should I do?
If you have documents you would like added you can either: email the documents to [email protected] or mail the documents to us. If you are going to scan and email the documents please ensure the scans are in color. If you do not have a color scanner please mail in the documents so we can place a color document with your other documents.

Who has access to my online documents?
Client documents are accessed by a registered user name and a password chosen by the client. Only the person holding the user name and password has access.
What documents will I find included in my Virtual Minute Book?
The documents you will find include the corporate documents filed in your paper based minute book and/or client file. All formation, administration and compliance documents we have for your entity has been scanned and transferred to your Virtual Minute Book.
If you are holding documents you would like added to your Virtual Minute Book you can either: email the documents to [email protected] or mail the documents to us. If you are going to scan and email the documents please ensure the scans are in color. If you do not have a color scanner please mail in the documents so we can place a color document with your other documents.
