Join the ACC South Florida for its 9th Annual CLE Conference: Supercounselors Protectors of the Company on September 27th at the Fort Lauderdale Marriott Harbor Beach Resort. The conference will have superhero themed presentations and will be followed by a cocktail reception for all supercounselors.
Gunster attorneys Nicole Atkinson and Michael Green will be giving a joint presentation on “Stocking Your Superhero Toolkit: A Case Law Update to Boost Your Knowledge” during the morning session.
Atkinson is a litigation shareholder who co-chairs the firm’s women’s leadership forum and serves on the firm’s diversity committee. She represents clients in a variety of litigation and estate and trust matters, and has a broad range of experience at the trial and appellate levels in federal and state courts throughout the country.
Green practices business litigation and intellectual property litigation in state and federal courts. He has experience in an array of civil litigation matters including brokerage commission disputes, commercial landlord/tenant disputes, homeowners’ association disputes and creditor representation in bankruptcy proceedings (including adversary proceedings).
