Gunster private wealth services attorney Brian Sparks will speak on Friday, June 14th at the “Estate & Trust Planning/Asset Protection 2019” seminar presented by The Florida Bar Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section at the Marriott Renaissance Cruise Port Hotel in Ft. Lauderdale, FL.
The CLE course is a one-day, comprehensive continuing legal education course on asset protection planning in the estate planning context. Sparks will be the first speaker and will present on “Asset Protection Planning 101” from 9:15 a.m. until 10:05 p.m.
Sparks is Board Certified by The Florida Bar as a specialist in the areas of Tax Law and Wills, Trusts and Estates. He is a fellow in the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel. Sparks’s practice focuses on asset, estate, and privacy protection planning for wealthy individuals and their families.
