Gunster private wealth services attorney Brian Sparks will speak on Friday, May 31 at the “Tricky Homestead Issues and Other Hot Topics” seminar presented by The Florida Bar Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section at its annual meeting at the Opal Sands Resort in Clearwater Beach, FL.
The CLE course is a half-day continuing legal education course on Florida homestead legal issues and other current, important legal topics. Sparks will present on “Homestead Tax Issues: Documentary Stamp Tax and Ad Valorem Tax” from 10:35 a.m. until 11:05 a.m.
Sparks is Board Certified by The Florida Bar as a specialist in the areas of Tax Law and Wills, Trusts and Estates. He is a fellow in the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel.
