Aaron J. Horowitz, a shareholder in the firm’s business litigation practice, and leader of its dispute resolution practice, will be participating in the upcoming Broward County Bar Association 2017 Bench & Bar Convention on Oct. 20 in Fort Lauderdale.
The Bench and Bar Convention is billed as a must-attend event for attorneys and judges from Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties.
The all-day event includes breakout sessions, medical marijuana and trial tracks (the latter includes a 3-hours mock trial), and the lunch keynote speaker is Florida Supreme Court Justice C. Alan Lawson.
Horowitz will moderate Mediation: Breaking the Impasse, beginning at 10:45 a.m., and will participate on the panel of The Art of Arbitration, beginning at 2 p.m.
