Mary Karr has extensive experience in domestic and international estate planning, probate and trust administration, trust and estate litigation and tax controversy. She represents high net worth individuals in all aspects of estate planning. Karr is a member of Gunster’s private wealth services practice in Miami.
Nick Curley is a probate litigator who focuses his practice on complex Florida fiduciary, guardianship, will and trust litigation. Curley is accustomed to bringing and defending a wide variety of claims, which are intrinsic to high level fiduciary litigation. He is based in Gunster’s West Palm Beach office.
