The American Bar Association‘s Standing Committee on Lawyers’ Professional Liability will be hosting a Young Professionals event on Thursday, June 6, 2019 in Chicago. The program will provide an educational and networking opportunity for young lawyers and young professional liability insurance industry professionals – with a keynote presentation on ethics from 2020 presidential candidate and New York senator, Kirsten Gillibrand.
Gunster attorney Ernest “EJ” A. Cox IV will be presenting during the breakout session entitled “A crash course on probate and estate planning legal malpractice claims.” Cox is a member of Gunster’s professional liability defense practice where he defends lawyers and accountants against professional negligence claims in Florida’s state and federal courts.
The event will take place in the law office of Dentons located in the Willis Tower.
