The Women’s Foundation of Florida will be hosting its 2018 Raise the Bar event on Wednesday May 16 in support of its programs that empower women and girls to be leaders. The event will take place at the Palm Beach Improv and will feature comedian Shana Manuel.

The annual networking and cocktail event is co-chaired by Gunster attorney Nicole Atkinson and Florida Power & Light’s Jennifer Schaeffer. Atkinson represents clients in a variety of litigation and estate and trust matters, and additionally co-chair’s Gunster’s Women’s Leadership Forum and is a member of the firm’s Diversity Committee. She serves on the board of directors for the Women’s Foundation of Florida. Gunster litigation attorney Amy Terwilleger is serving as vice chair of the event.
