South Florida Business Journal’s MedUTech 2013, presented by PNC Bank, will take place the morning of Friday, November 22, at the Boca Raton Resort & Club. November 22 has been declared MedUTech Day in Palm Beach County by county mayor Steve Abrams.
This year’s theme is healthy communities. MedUTech 2013 will spotlight recent South Florida successes in the fields of health care, education and technology. Business leaders and elected officials throughout the region are invited to attend.
MedUTech 2013 will include two panels of renowned area CEOs.
Gunster Managing Shareholder Bill Perry will participate on the “Cultivating a thriving business community” panel.
This CEO-led panel will discuss
how to cultivate a thriving business community via efforts such as:
- economic incentives for business;
- strong connections with education to create a qualified workforce;
- opportunities to collaborate and work together; and
- the health and wellness of employees.
