On October 5, 2021, Gunster Shareholder Jennifer Jones will speak at the Community Foundation of Broward Professional Advisors Council (PAC) Meeting. The topic of Jennifer’s presentation is “Private Foundations and Alternatives: What are the considerations?”
The Community Foundation of Broward, founded in 1984, helps individuals, families and businesses create personalized charitable funds that support game-changing philanthropy. The charity provides leadership to find solutions to issues that matter most to Broward County residents.
Jennifer W. Jones represents individuals in estate planning and administration with a focus on working with clients to transfer their assets to their families and other beneficiaries. She also counsels charitably inclined clients whose estates are subject to the federal estate tax. Jennifer has negotiated and drafted numerous charitable gift agreements totaling in excess of $200,000,000, as well as worked with numerous families on the formation and operation of family foundations, including securing tax-exempt status from the Internal Revenue Service (IRS).
