Gunster is proud to sponsor the Society for Corporate Governance‘s Essentials Seminar 2020 from January 21 to January 2d3, 2020. The seminar is designed for corporate governance professionals from public and private companies and other institutions. The program features expert panels and breakout sessions that capture the basics, best practices and emerging issues in the corporate governance field.
Gunster shareholder Bob Lamm is actively involved with the Society for Corporate Governance and will be attending the seminar again this year. He co-chairs Gunster’s Securities and Corporate Governance practice.
