Don’t miss the opportunity to hear from industry leaders at the Associated Industries of Florida’s 9th Annual Water Forum at the Gaylord Palms Resort and Convention Center October 4-5. This forum will focus on all of the water issues facing Florida, from water management to innovative solutions.
Gunster attorney Greg Munson will be presenting at the forum on the “Next Steps In Everglades Restoration” panel. In addition, Gunster attorney Luna Phillips will be participating in the discussion panel “Harmful Algal Blooms ‘Red and Green…’ What Does It All Mean?” Both panel discussions begin at 8:30 am and will adjourn at 11:30 am.
Munson is a government affairs attorney who represents regulated industries in the industrial, agricultural, mining, and utility sectors in all areas of state and federal environmental law.
Phillips leads the environmental practice at Gunster where she practices exclusively in the area of water and natural resources law before state and federal agencies. In addition, Phillips actively works on Everglades related restoration issues in South Florida involving complex restoration agreements with governmental entities and water quality and supply regulations.
