Join the Real Property, Probate & Trust Law Section of the Florida Bar for the 37th Annual Attorney Trust Officer Liaison Conference that will be held on Thursday August 23 through Saturday August 25 at The Breakers Hotel in Palm Beach, Florida.

He will present on “Charitable giving and the SETH hub and spoke approach.” Kaplan is a shareholder in Gunster’s private wealth services group where he concentrates his practice in the areas of planned giving, charitable trusts, personal income taxation and estate planning for high net worth individuals.
