On November 29, 2022, Gunster shareholder Milton Vescovacci will serve as a panelist during the Ivy Family Office Network (IVYFON) Miami Art Basel Family Office Forum. Milton will speak about the 2023 venture capital outlook.
IVYFON is the successor to a large direct private equity group started by the founders in 2001. Since the early 2000s, it has been the leading peer to peer family office network. More than 50,000 investors, family offices and asset allocators have attended IVYFON and their antecedents events.
Milton A. Vescovacci is a shareholder in Gunster’s Miami office, and a member of the firm’s Corporate practice. He has over twenty years of legal experience counseling lenders in a variety of sophisticated financings and companies and investors on the legal operations of their businesses, specifically in sales or acquisitions and other material events and day to day operations. Milton has negotiated and closed numerous secured and unsecured corporate finance and securities transactions, structured financings, venture capital investments, mergers and company acquisitions.
