Lamm is the co-chair of Gunster’s securities and corporate governance practice, as well as the senior advisor to the Deloitte Center for Corporate Governance, an advisory director of Argyle, and an active member of the Society for Corporate Governance Due to his extensive experience and involvement in the corporate governance field, he is frequently asked to give presentations about a variety of subjects within the field.

In the securities and corporate governance practice at Gunster, attorneys advise companies from the first round of financing to the initial public offering and beyond. Gunster attorneys have counseled public and private companies of all sizes, and have been involved in private placements, as well as in initial and later-stage public offerings of equity, debt and hybrid securities. Our attorneys are also called upon to represent investment bankers, underwriters and placement agents, as well as many types of investors.
