Alyse Reiser Comiter | Private Wealth Services | Boca Raton/West Palm Beach
Comiter focuses her practice on all aspects of estate planning, including drafting wills and revocable trusts, advising on fiduciary matters, assisting with probate and estate administration, and preparing and filing federal estate and gift tax returns. She joined the firm in 2011 and earned her B.S., master of accounting, and J.D. from the University of Florida, and additionally holds an L.L.M. in taxation from New York University School of Law.
Michael B. Green | Business Litigation | Miami
Green practices in Gunster’s Miami office where he focuses on an array of civil litigation matters including brokerage commission disputes, commercial landlord/tenant disputes, homeowners’ association disputes and creditor representation in bankruptcy proceedings (including adversary proceedings), as well as intellectual property litigation. He came to Gunster in 2011 and holds a B.S. from Florida State University and his J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law.
Jessica Shapiro | Real Estate Law | West Palm Beach
Shapiro is based in the firm’s West Palm Beach office where she assists lenders, borrowers, developers, buyers and sellers with all aspects of commercial and residential real estate transactions. She joined the firm in 2014 and earned her B.A. from Yale University and her J.D. from the University of Florida Levin College of Law.
