Could technology replace local law and accounting jobs?The South Florida Business Journal recently did a piece on the ways automation and artificial intelligence (A.I.) are impacting accounting and law firms. Gunster chairman of the board George S. LeMieux was tapped for comment on how Gunster has implemented automated systems and how the future of the legal practice will use technology to improve client experiences. “I don’t think lawyers will ever be completely replaced by machines,” LeMieux said, “Just like I don’t believe living and breathing architects or doctors will be replaced by machines.”

George S. LeMieux is dedicated to serving as a trusted advisor and advocate for significant businesses, including Fortune 500 companies, their officers and boards, as well as high profile individuals in Florida and throughout the country. He served as Florida’s 34th United States Senator in the 111th Congress and is the founder of the LeMieux Center for Public Policy at Palm Beach Atlantic University.
