Gunster attorney Bill Adams’ life has been reinvigorated at age 40. After taking up CrossFit, an intense physical regimen, he has completely transformed, Adams tells the Florida Times-Union.
On Adams’ 40th birthday, he decided the days of relaxing on his couch were over, and the former high school state-champion wrestler started back on the path toward peak physical form.
It wasn’t easy. The first 90 days were grueling, he says in the article, spending five days a week at the CrossFit near the Jacksonville Naval Air Station.
Ultimately, Adams took the intense challenge in stride and learned to love pushing his mind and body. Even his work life changed: now utilizing a standing desk has greatly improved his flexibility and keeps him on his toes, he says.
Adams focuses his law practice on business litigation in Gunster’s Jacksonville office.
