William E. Adams, Jr. is a shareholder and litigation attorney in the Jacksonville office. A highly regarded trial attorney, he concentrates his practice in complex commercial litigation.

Gregory K. Bader is a shareholder in the Ft. Lauderdale office and chair of the firm’s Banking and Financial Services practice. Jonathan S. Gilbert is a shareholder and real estate attorney in the West Palm Beach office. He is a chair of the firm’s Leisure and Resorts practice and member of the Real Estate practice.
