Yahoo! News recently featured Gunster Attorney Meredith Plummer‘s legal opinion on the pressure Florida is facing with fines for complying with the federal vaccine mandate. This article surfaces after Florida’s Agency for Health Care Administration sent an email that threatened Florida providers with these fines following the mandate.
“We tell our clients to be prepared to be in compliance with those deadlines and to put policies in place and put employees on notice as to what’s going on,” Plummer stated.
