William E. Adams of Gunster’s Jacksonville office, recently wrote about increased business opportunities and infrastructure fueled by an increased optimism in the city.
Recently, he says, Jacksonville has focused on revitalizing its downtown area, which includes attracting new business and being able to procure enough infrastructure to sustain it.
The One Spark event in 2013, was particularly influential in igniting optimism to increase economic growth in the city. The businesses and entrepreneurs emerging from One Spark and the downtown redevelopment continue to fuel optimism for the city’s bustling business community.
Adams encourages business owners to push Jacksonville into becoming a city that sets standards of excellence.
