Law360 Pulse recently published an article detailing Gunster‘s expansion into the Naples market. Effective January 1, 2023, Gunster will be merging with Grant Fridkin Pearson, a Naples law firm with 27 years of practice in southwest Florida.
The article explains that Gunster has long set its sights on expanding to Naples, and the Grant Fridkin Pearson practices (transactional real estate, business services, litigation and dispute resolution, and estate planning and trust and estate administration) and firm culture nicely complement Gunster.
“As we continue to grow strategically, it’s important to align ourselves with attorneys who are committed to both [the] legal profession and the local communities we serve,” explained Bill Perry, Gunster’s CEO and managing shareholder.
“Our three or four main practices are very much the kind of thing that the Gunster firm does. They should mesh well,” added Richard Grant, a founding member of Grant Fridkin Pearson.
