The Daily Business Review covered the Palm Beach mansion sale that’s been breaking headlines recently. Gunster shareholder Jessica Shapiro represented the seller in the deal, which is the largest single-seller/single-buyer residential deal in Palm Beach and the only recorded residential sale over $100,000,000. The sale was so top-secret that even those closely involved did not know who the buyer was – including Shapiro who stated that the identity of the buyer is “Truly the $100 million question.”
