Cryptocurrency and BlockchainIn a recent My ID Matters podcast, Gunster attorney Gustav Schmidt was invited to discuss cryptocurrencies and blockchain and how they function on their most basic level. Schmidt suggests some of the potential uses of the underlying technology, like the capability to streamline real property transfers and buying and selling shares. However, Schmidt suggests being aware when dealing with cryptocurrency for security threats and fraud.
