Attorney to bring International Experience to the largest voluntary bar association in Florida
Miami, Fla. (August 3, 2009) – Joseph Raia, a shareholder with the firm Gunster, Attorneys at Law, has been appointed to the board of directors to the Dade County Bar Association. He has been a member of this association for over 25 years.

Raia, who has been with Gunster since 2007, focuses his practice on commercial litigation and counseling including international matters and white collar crime. He is a member of the International Litigation and Arbitration Committee of the Florida Bar as well as the International Law Section, Litigation committee for the American Bar Association.

A proponent of commerce between Italy and the United States, Raia is a Director and the Secretary for the Italy-America Chamber of Commerce Southeast Inc., as well as a member of the National Italian American Foundation.
