In a recent Sun Sentinel article, Gunster attorney Meredith Plummer was quoted regarding the federal vaccine/testing mandates being delayed by court challenges.
Specifically, Meredith discusses how the 5th Circuit for the U.S. Court of Appeals, which ordered the mandate suspended, could impact the 11th Circuit’s upcoming decision, and how businesses can and should be proactive.
“There is a definite possibility the 11th [Circuit] may come out with a similar ruling as the 5th and stay these rules … until that happens, businesses should be preparing to implement the vaccine requirements and the testing requirement,” Meredith advises.
