In an op-ed piece featured in the Jacksonville Daily Record, Gunster attorney Mike Freed discusses changes coming to the American Bar Association. According to Freed, the ABA has experienced a drop in membership among other challenges potentially related to generational shifts. He also detailed the ABA’s plan to reinvent itself including reducing dues, enhanced member offerings, as well as an implementation timeline. Freed serves as the Jacksonville Bar Association’s delegate to the ABA.
