WINK News recently featured Gunster Attorney Meredith Plummer in a segment regarding the recent vaccine mandate and repercussions health care providers are facing in Florida. Plummer also spoke with WPEC CBS 12 News on this subject.
Speaking to the issue of some hospitals being threatened to be terminated from Medicare and Medicaid funding should they not comply with the mandates, Plummer stated “Being terminated from Medicare or Medicaid is not a risk they are willing to take.”
