  • Session 3 – Power Industry (8:35am) | Greg Munson and Debbie Madden will be discussing an EPA, ELG, and CCR Update. Timothy Riley is discussing “a place for energy projects on the rural & urban fringe landscape? Legal, Environmental, and Land Use Considerations.”

Friday, June 14

  • Session 6 – Legislative Update (11:00am) | Mike Petrovich will be a moderator, and Greg Munson will provide a “state update” during this session.

With more than three decades of experience in environmental law, Michael (Mike) Petrovich’s practice is primarily focused on solid and hazardous waste regulation, real property contamination investigation and cleanup, including application of risk-based corrective action principles, environmental due diligence and related considerations associated with the transfer of contaminated properties, Brownfield Redevelopment and pollutant storage tank regulation.

Greg Munson is a shareholder with the firm and represents regulated industries in the industrial, agricultural, mining, and utility sectors in all areas of state and federal environmental law. He represents clients before Florida’s executive branch agencies, the state’s water management districts, the Division of Administrative Hearings, the Florida governor and cabinet, EPA, and the Florida Legislature. With a focus on serving as the catalyst for getting client initiatives approved at all levels of government, Timothy brings a deep bench of earned skills to projects involving land use and environmental issues, with a particular emphasis on oil and gas law matters.
