22nd Annual Hillsborough County Bar Association Bench Bar ConferenceThe Hillsborough County Bar Association will host its 22nd Annual HCBA Bench Bar Conference on October 3, 2018 in Tampa. This year's daylong educational conference will follow the theme “Building blocks for a better practice” and will provide a variety of education sessions on cutting-edge topics for attorneys, judges and legal support staff.

The conference will open with law professor Charles W. Ehrhardt from the Florida State University College of Law, who will present on the impeachment of witnesses. In addition, the agenda will feature interactive sessions with the local judiciary and a jury panel feedback session. At noon, political analyst and keynote speaker, Susan MacManus, Ph.D., will present on the November 2018 elections and Florida ballot measures. The conference will close with a judicial reception.

Gunster business litigation attorney John Schifino is the president of the HCBA and serves on the host committee for the 22nd Annual HCBA Bench Bar Conference.
