This year's Heckerling Institute on Estate Planning will be held on January 9-13, 2023 in Orlando. Gunster Shareholder Elaine Bucher will be presenting on developments in statutory and case law in Florida over the past two years that every out-of-state practitioner should now, and a number of other Gunster attorneys will be in attendance.

Now in its 57th year, the Heckerling Institute on Estate Planning is the nation’s premier conference for estate planning professionals, offering unparalleled educational and professional development opportunities for all members of the estate planning team. The educational programming, presented by the nation’s leading experts, examines a wide range of today’s most important tax and non-tax planning issues and offers practical guidance on planning effectively in the current uncertain economic and legal environments.
