This year's Heckerling Institute on Estate Planning will be held on January 9-13, 2023 in Orlando. Gunster Shareholder Elaine Bucher will be presenting on developments in statutory and case law in Florida over the past two years that every out-of-state practitioner should now, and a number of other Gunster attorneys will be in attendance.

The educational programming, presented by the nation’s leading experts, examines a wide range of today’s most important tax and non-tax planning issues and offers practical guidance on planning effectively in the current uncertain economic and legal environments.
