Turnbull will moderate a panel as they share their insights on the progress and challenges of Orange County's premier tourism and entertainment district – International Drive.
Turnbull focuses on real estate development where her experience extends throughout Central Florida and beyond, as she handles matters involving the procurement and retention of land use entitlements, including zoning, comprehensive plans, concurrency, infrastructure finance and development, developments of regional impact (DRIs), procurement issues, due diligence and property rights.
