The annual networking event for tax and estate planning professionals is scheduled for Thursday, Nov. 10, 2016, at Nova Southeastern University in Davie, Florida.
It is jointly presented by the
"Cover your assets: A simple and ethical approach to asset protection" is the theme of the 15th annual Joint Tax & Estate Planning Seminar. This year's event builds on a tradition of cutting-edge presentations by nationally recognized speakers, superior educational experiences, and prime networking opportunities. Keynote speaker, Daniel S. Rubin, J.D., LL.M. of Moses & Singer LLP, will headline the seminar.
Gunster tax law practice leader James B. Davis is on the 2016 steering committee for the seminar. He is also a member of the Community Foundation of Broward's Professional Advisors Council, and recently presented on the proposed Section 2704 tax code change at a foundation breakfast.
