Gunster attorney Brian SparksGunster private wealth services attorney Brian Sparks will speak on June 26 and 27 at a seminar presented by the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC) at its 2019 summer meeting at the Westin Bayshore in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.

The CLE course is an advanced continuing legal education course on business succession legal and tax issues entitled “Restocking the Trusted Advisor’s Toolkit with Income Tax Planning Strategies.” Sparks will speak on “Income Taxation of C Corporations, S Corporations, and Partnerships” from 4:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. on the 26th and on “C Corporations, S Corporations, and Partnerships—Planning Opportunities and Special Considerations and Strategies and Planning Techniques” from 8:00 a.m. until 10:45 a.m. on the 27th.

Sparks is Board Certified by The Florida Bar as a specialist in the areas of Tax Law and Wills, Trusts and Estates. He is a fellow in the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel. Sparks’s practice focuses on asset, estate, and privacy protection planning for wealthy individuals and their families.
