Gunster attorney Brian SparksGunster Private Wealth Services attorney Brian C. Sparks will be speaking on Friday, April 5 at the  2019 Annual Wills, Trusts and Estates Certification Review Course and Advanced Practice Update presented by The Florida Bar.

The CLE course is a two-day, comprehensive review of topics tested on the Wills, Trusts and Estates Certification Exam, including topics faced by advanced practitioners in their practices. Sparks will be presenting on “Asset Protection/Exempt Assets” from 8:00 a.m. until 9:00 a.m.

Brian Sparks is Board Certified by The Florida Bar as a specialist in the areas of tax law and wills, trusts and estates. His practice focuses on asset, estate, privacy, and cybersecurity protection planning for wealthy individuals and their families. Sparks is a fellow in the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC).
