39th Annual Legislative & Case Law UpdateGunster private wealth services attorney Brian Sparks will speak on Friday, July 26 at the 39th Annual Legislative & Case Law Update seminar presented by The Florida Bar’s Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section at The Breakers Palm Beach.

The CLE course is a comprehensive review of Florida caselaw and legislative activity from the 2019 session across the broad spectrum of real estate, trusts, estates, probate, and other related legal areas. Sparks served as co-chair of the section’s task force on the comprehensive Florida Business Corporation Act revisions enacted in the 2019 Florida legislative session and will be speaking on those revisions to the act.

Sparks is board certified by The Florida Bar as a specialist in the areas of tax law and wills, trusts and estates. His practice focuses on estate, asset protection, privacy protection, and business succession planning for wealthy individuals and their families. Sparks is a fellow in the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC).
