During the month of September, attorney Bob Lamm will be giving two presentations about corporate governance, one in Dallas, Texas, and one in Atlanta, Georgia.
From September 28-29, Lamm will be speaking at the Deloitte Chief Legal Officer Academy in Dallas, Texas. His presentation is called "Communicating with the Board of Directors – Enhancing the CLO-Board Relationship."
September 30-October 1, Lamm will be travelling to Atlanta to give a presentation to the Society of Corporate Secretaries and Governance Professionals, or SCSGP. SCSGP is a national non-profit based in New York City, which provides advice and networking to the corporate governance profession. Lamm's presentation is on "The Inside Scoop: An Interview with Betsy Murphy of the SEC.”
Lamm is the co-chair of Gunster's securities and corporate governance practice, as well as the senior advisor to the Deloitte Center for Corporate Governance, an advisory director of Argyle, and an active member of the Society of Corporate Secretaries and Governance Professionals. Due to his extensive experience and involvement in the corporate governance field, he is frequently asked to give presentations about a variety of subjects within the field.
