38th Annual RPPTL Legislative and Case Law UpdateDon't miss Real Property, Probate & Trust Law (RPPTL) Section of the Florida Bar's 38th Annual Legislative & Case Law Update Seminar on July 27th at the Breakers Palm Beach. The seminar will include recent updates to legislation that will affect real property, probate, trust, guardianship and construction law.

Gunster attorneys Mary Karr and Nick Curley will be presenting during the seminar. Karr will present on "Great News: We can finally decant those HEMS trusts" from 8:55 a.m. - 9:15 a.m. and Curley will speak on "Clerks, Injunctions & Guns: Guardianship 2018" from 1:15 p.m. - 1:55 p.m.

Gunster attorney Mary KarrMary Karr has extensive experience in domestic and international estate planning, probate and trust administration, trust and estate litigation and tax controversy. She represents high net worth individuals in all aspects of estate planning. Karr is a member of Gunster's private wealth services practice in Miami.

Gunster attorney Nick CurleyNick Curley is a probate litigator who focuses his practice on complex Florida fiduciary, guardianship, will and trust litigation. Curley is accustomed to bringing and defending a wide variety of claims, which are intrinsic to high level fiduciary litigation. He is based in Gunster's West Palm Beach office.

Gunster attorney Debra Boje is chair of the 10,000-member RPPTL section – the largest section of the Florida Bar. Boje focuses her practice in the areas of estate planning, probate, taxation and family business succession planning.
